Boxing sessions focus on speed, timing, reflexes and technique. Depending on the student’s level, we work on punch mechanics, footwork, defense, distance control and combination drills. The goal is not only to punch harder but to move effectively at the right time and the right distance.

Muay Thai Training

Muay Thai is a versatile martial art using eight striking points. Training includes kicks, knees, elbows, clinch work and tempo drills. Based on the athlete’s physical capacity, sessions combine technical improvement and conditioning.

Self-Defense
